Advance knowledge of martyrs 2
Umar and Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them) Would be martyred
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet, God’s blessing and peace be upon him, once climbed the
mountain of Uhud with Sayyidina Abu Bakr, Sayyidina 'Umar and Sayyidina 'Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them).
The mountain shook with them. The Prophet (God’s blessing and peace be upon him) said (to the mountain), "Be firm, O Uhud! For on you there are
no more than a Prophet, a sincere (Siddiq) and two martyrs." (Bukhari).
The same thing happened exactly as he told; Abu Bakr (the sincere) died because of a adangerous illness, Omar was killed in the (prayer) niche and of course he died as a martyr and 'Uthman was killed in his own house and became a martyr, may God be pleased with them all.
